(GMT) is an engineering consulting firm providing Geotechnical & Construction Material Testing & Engineering, Construction Inspection, Laboratory Testing and Analysis throughout northern Illinois. We provide laboratory testing services to comply with American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) & American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) procedures. All of our professional services are provided from our office and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) laboratory facilities located in the near west side of Chicago. This location provides us ready access to countless interstate expressways allowing us to be responsive to your needs no matter where your project is located.

Our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities have been inspected and certified by AASHTO Material Resource Laboratory (AMRL) and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). Our team of engineers, scientists and Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and American Concrete Institute (ACI) certified engineering technicians have completed hundreds of projects including higher education buildings, commercial developments, bridges, roadways, residential developments, and railroad facilities.
